  • Q: How do I apply for a rental home that your company manages?

    A: Please go to grgsa.com
    • click on the “For Rent” drop down tab
    • click on, apply online
    • You will see the screening criteria for Global Realty Groups application process.
  • Q: What is Propertyware?

    A: Propertyware is your “life line” to Global. You will have 24/7 access to your payment account, correspondence, and service requests. When there are any actions submitted to your tenant portal, Global receives an email regarding your correspondence.
  • Q: How do I login to Propertyware?

    A: When access is allotted you will receive an email from Propertyware. You will have 48 hours to set up and access your tenant portal on a laptop or desktop. All further logins can be accessed on any device at www.grgsa.com.
  • Q: When is rent due?

    A: Rent is due on the first day of every month! If rent is late there will be a 10% late fee that will hit on the 4th and $25 each day after that.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Payments are accepted on Propertyware with a one-time payment or a reoccurring payment that you will have to set up.
    If you do not wish to pay on your tenant portal you may bring in a cashier’s check, money order or cash for the amount of rent + $10 convenience fee.
    There is a drop box at the side of our building for rental payments.
  • Q: Do I need renter’s insurance?

    A: Absolutely! Whether you choose an insurance company or choose to use our Asset Protection Plan for $16/month you will need to have coverage.

    Please give the office a call for any questions about the Asset Protection Plan that is available for all tenants!
  • Q: When do I need to give my vacate notice?

    A: You will need to give a 30-day notice to vacate the property. Global will require you to access your tenant portal and submit your 30 notice through your tenant portal. We will not accept it in an email.
