  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: Yes, Global Realty Group LLC. Is a fully licensed Property Management team.
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Absolutely, through your Owner Portal, you have 24/7 access to view all accounting documents, view and place maintenance requests, which also notifies us via email immediately upon submission
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Owner Draws are processed between the 6th and 8th of each month, or the following business day if the disbursement date lands on a weekend or holiday. Your Owner Draw will be sent to you by Automated Clearing House (ACH). ACH disbursements can take two-to-three business days to clear through the banking system.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: When you sign the Owner’s Property Management Agreement you allow for your Property Manager to act on your behalf, so you never have to deal with the lease between the Property Manager and Resident.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Global Realty Group LLC. Our Team of Expert Realtors does assist buyers and sellers with selling Real Estate in our area.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Owner Draws are processed between the 6th and 8th of each month, or the following business day if the disbursement date lands on a weekend or holiday.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: The residents are aware that their rent payments are due no later than the 3nd of each month. They accomplish through the use of their Resident portal.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: 12 Months is our Minimum, 24 Months is the maximum lease term. This preclude the possibility of lease extensions after the term is satisfied.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: The equivalent of 1 month’s rent, due up front, prior to move in.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: The answer to this question is very dependent on many variables such as, the properties evaluation, does it meet the state and legal requirements? Is there needed repairs and rehabbing? If it is turnkey, then this process can move forward much quicker.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: Single & multi-family homes, Condos, Duplexes, Townhomes.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: We complete move in and move out reviews as well as a 6 Month review while Residents are in place.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: The Deposit is maintained in the Resident’s name in a Trust account while they continue to occupy the property.
